What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is for every age, every fitness level. Every single movement we do is scaled to fit any level of fitness or conditioning. Our members are diverse in both gender and age, and they are all super ninjas. Our CrossFit classes will require you to go through our “Intro Program/On-Ramp” which will be specific classes to learning the movements while working out with other beginners looking to join the regular class.
Excellence and confidence are natural side effects of CrossFit. Every aspect of life will be enriched by the blood, sweat, and tears you put into working hard. We are extremely proud to have such an awesome and continually growing community at Victor CrossFit. Stop by to say “Hi,” and try out a class to see what we are all about. The first one is on us.
What is expected of me?
We want you to have FUN! But, we do need all participants to pay attention to what the Coaches are teaching. As Coaches, we are looking out for your best interest, for both performance and safety. Be sure to clean up after yourself when the workout is over with. Show others respect and cheer them along the way. Remember everyone had there first “WOD” once.
What to expect at class?
Don’t worry that initial “wow” factor will go away as you return for each class. You can expect to train very hard every session and receive advanced technical instruction. For the first 3 weeks you will be pretty sore. You will learn new things and meet new people on a daily basis who will become your “family” away from your family.
